Bullet Proof Xpress Hauling & Transport LLC

Terms of Service.

These terms explain the basic conditions that apply when requesting or accepting hauling, transport, rock and gravel delivery, cleanout, local moving, junk removal, yard debris, or related services from Bullet Proof Xpress.

Effective September 12, 2026

1. Quotes & scope of work

Quotes are based on the information, photos, locations, access conditions, item volume, weight, labor needs, disposal requirements, distance, and other details provided before service. A quote is not a confirmed booking until Bullet Proof Xpress accepts the job and confirms scheduling.

If the actual job is materially different from what was described, including additional items, heavier material, difficult access, extra labor, additional mileage, disposal costs, or waiting time, the price may be adjusted before or during the work.

Rock & gravel delivery: delivery pricing is based on the material/order details plus $4.50 per loaded mile. The customer must provide the delivery location and ZIP code so a free quote can be prepared. Final pricing is confirmed before service.

2. Scheduling, business hours & weekend service

Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekend service may be available by request and is subject to an added weekend fee. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed directly by Bullet Proof Xpress.

Arrival windows are estimates. Traffic, weather, disposal-site conditions, equipment issues, prior jobs, or other circumstances can affect arrival and completion times.

3. Payment, deposits & no-refund policy

Any required deposit, booking fee, or payment amount will be communicated before service. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due according to the terms provided for the specific job.

No Refund Policy: Once work has started, charges for labor, hauling, transport, mileage, disposal, reserved time, or services already performed are non-refundable. Completed services are non-refundable. Any refund before work begins, if applicable, is determined by the specific job terms and any non-recoverable costs already incurred.

4. Property, estate & eviction cleanouts

The person requesting a cleanout represents that they are the owner, authorized agent, property manager, landlord, executor, or otherwise legally authorized to approve removal of the items presented for disposal or hauling.

For estate and eviction cleanouts, the customer is responsible for identifying items that must remain. Bullet Proof Xpress is not responsible for items removed after the customer or authorized representative has designated them for removal. Customers should secure documents, cash, jewelry, medications, firearms, heirlooms, electronics containing sensitive data, and other valuables before work begins.

5. Vehicle transport & local moving

Customers must provide accurate information about the vehicle or local moving job, including size, weight, operability, loading requirements, stairs, access conditions, pickup and delivery conditions, and any known hazards. Additional charges may apply when the actual condition or requirements differ from the information provided.

Personal property should be removed or properly secured before transport or moving service. Bullet Proof Xpress may refuse to load or transport an item if doing so would be unsafe, unlawful, beyond equipment capacity, outside the stated service radius, or inconsistent with the agreed service.

6. Access, customer property & liability

The customer must provide safe and lawful access to the work area, pickup point, and delivery location. The customer should disclose narrow driveways, soft ground, low clearances, stairs, gates, utility lines, septic areas, weak pavement, restricted access, or other known conditions that may affect safe service.

Bullet Proof Xpress will use reasonable care while performing services. The business is not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed defects, normal wear, damage caused by unsafe or undisclosed site conditions, or losses involving items the customer directed the crew to remove.

7. Prohibited, hazardous & restricted materials

Hazardous, illegal, regulated, explosive, biohazardous, radioactive, or otherwise unsafe materials are not accepted unless Bullet Proof Xpress specifically agrees in advance and the transportation or disposal is lawful. Examples can include certain chemicals, fuels, pressurized containers, asbestos-containing material, medical waste, and other regulated substances.

If restricted material is discovered during a job, service may be paused or refused and additional handling or disposal costs may apply.

8. Cancellations, delays & circumstances outside control

Please provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling. Charges may apply when time, equipment, disposal arrangements, or travel have already been committed to a job.

Bullet Proof Xpress is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, accidents, road closures, mechanical failures, disposal facility closures, government restrictions, unsafe conditions, or other events outside reasonable control.

9. Acceptance of these terms

By submitting a quote request, scheduling service, authorizing work, or accepting service, the customer acknowledges these Terms of Service and agrees to the terms that apply to the requested job. Job-specific written terms, invoices, or confirmed pricing may supplement these general terms.

Bullet Proof Xpress may update these terms as services or business practices change. The version posted on the website at the time of service will apply unless another written agreement states otherwise.
